Due to the perishable nature of the samples in our tasting kit, returns are normally not accepted.
- We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during shipping.
- If the kit arrives after its expiry date, a full refund will be provided.
- If you are otherwise unsatisfied with the product, please contact us to have an in-store credit or a refund issued.
- Please contact us no later than 30 days after delivery of the product.
