Ready to make your own flavour additions to wine? This is a tool for learning to identify common wine flavours.
After addition of the flavour, the wine sample should be smelled and tasted, and compared with the same wine with no flavour addition.
A vial can be used in two ways:
– Using the built-in pipette to make additions to 50 ml wine samples. You can make up to 15 additions using a single vial.
– Adding the entire contents of the vial to a 750 ml wine bottle.
This product should be kept refrigerated, and has a shelf life of 6 months.
